Meet Michelle
Neurodivergent Affirming Therapist
As a psychotherapist specializing in neurodivergence, couples therapy, parenting (including Pathological Demand Avoidance), and women’s issues, I aim to create a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment where clients can navigate life’s complexities with confidence and self-compassion. I focus on understanding each person’s unique experiences and perspectives, offering validation and guidance while empowering them to take an active role in creating meaningful change in their lives.

I work with individuals of all ages facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, relationship conflicts, and mid-life changes for women. I provide compassionate guidance to help untangle complex emotions and experiences, creating space to care for the overwhelmed and unhealed parts of yourself. I combine professional expertise and lived experience to create a safe, structured environment that fosters personal exploration, healing, and growth.

“Perhaps all the dragons in our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us act, just once, with beauty and courage. Perhaps everything that frightens us is, in its deepest essence, something helpless that wants our love.”

― Rainer Maria Rilke, Letters to a Young Poet
